Cesar R. Bacani Jr. is a partner with The Editors Group in Hong Kong and a contributing editor to CFO Asia and CFO China, which are publications of the Economist Group in London.  For fourteen years, he was an editor at the regional newsweekly Asiaweek, covering politics, business, and finance.  He is the author of The China Investor: Getting Rich with the Next Superpower (2003) and is a prizewinning poet and short-story writer.
