I was touched and moved by the presence of Jose Ramos Horta President of East Timor considering that He came from a very young and small counry to me that is huge specially his sincerity He mentioned that Cory Aquino is comparable to the likes of Mandela and Ghandi.

I'm 27 years old now and never in my life I exercised my rights to vote the leader whom I think can help our nation progress. I am skeptical when it comes to our government. What is important to me that I have a good job and I can help my family. I promise myself that I will never ever waste my time to vote. Then tita Cory passed away. As I watched the news everyday I've learned so much about her. The sacrifices that she and his husband for the Filipino is priceless. A night before her funeral I cried and realize that I became "selfish" for not exercising my rights to vote. She fought hard for this for ME to choose the leader that I want but what am I doing? I know it's not too late for my realization. Tita Cory, thank you so much for your legacy. You inspired me in many ways....

I would like to convey to the entire family the hesrtfelt condolences of the Filipino Catholic Community in Oslo, Norway. Ninoy died a martyr for the Filipino, fighting for what he believed in. Cory lived her whole life believing in God and in the Filipino. Two people with two valid ways of becoming heroes. Both opened the eyes of a nation sinking slowly in collective self-pity and desperation. Both gave us hope that things can still change because there are still Filipinos who can sacrifice much for the common good. Though they are gone, they still inspire Filipinos in the political, social and cultural spectra to do what they just did... to give and not to count the cost. Thank you, Ninoy. Thank you, Cory. You made us proud of what we are.

Tita Cory Thank you so much for sharing your sacrifices, your life and your time to the filipino people. I am now a American Citizen, but I am PROUD to be a FILIPINO because of what you did to our Country. Tita Cory, I am not a avid fan of your duaghter Kris, because of the negative write up against her. When i saw her on the buzz, i feel her sincerity and honesty as being your daughter and as an actress. Now, i promise you to support your daughter and i will watched all her shows and movies, and I am now a avid fan of your daughter kris. Tita Cory we are happy that your are now in heaven with the Lord And with Mama Mary and with your Husband Ninoy. Tita Cory, please continue to pray our country. Tita Cory, Maraming Maraming Salamat Po At Paalam Sa Iyo Ang Aming Mahal Na Pangulo. Proud To Be A Filipino, Angel California USA

I was first touched when they commemorated Ninoy's death anniversary last Aug '08. I realised the braveness and love that he had shown for the Filipino people. I was very young then that little I understand what was going on. Having watched the sad assacination of Ninoy that I feel for you my President Cory. I felt your lost when your most beloved husband died in that manner. Now that you are with him I feel for the lost of your 5 beloved children. I feel so proud that I have known you, your political struggle and as a mother. I feel so closed to you when your daughter Kris shared you to us by telling stories about you and who you are as her mother. I thank your daughter Kris because as you said she is the always make kwento to you all the time, and so to us. President Cory I Love You Forever. My you rest in Peace with Your husband Ninoy. Paalam our Mother Hero Cory.
